DESCRIPTION

The 4310R-102-102LF is a 10-pin thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring isolated resistor configuration with 5 isolated thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between two pins. This low-profile design provides compatibility with DIPs and is compatible with automatic insertion equipment, offering superior package integrity. The device operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a power rating of 1.25 watts at 70°C, derating to zero power from +70°C to +125°C. It features a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO) with TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C, and meets MIL-STD-202 environmental test requirements including short-time overload (±0.25%), load life (±1.00%), and moisture resistance (±0.50%). The tin-plated termination (LF) provides RoHS compliance, making it suitable for applications requiring precision resistor networks in DRAM, SCSI, and R/2R ladder network circuits.
