The 4310R-102-680 is a 10-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP resistor network manufactured by Bourns, featuring 5 isolated resistors of equal value with a resistance code of 680 ohms. This device incorporates thick-film technology with a low-profile design that provides compatibility with DIPs and automatic insertion equipment, while maintaining superior package integrity. The resistor network operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V, with a power rating of 1.25 watts at 70°C per package and 0.20 watts per individual resistor. The device exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO range) and supports improved tolerance options up to ±0.5%, with RoHS-compliant versions available. The 4310R-102-680 is ideal for applications requiring precision resistor networks in compact form factors, such as DRAM applications, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks.
