DESCRIPTION

The 4310R-104-181/391L is a dual terminator resistor network featuring a 10-pin single in-line package (SIP) with thick-film molded construction. This device incorporates twelve thick-film resistors paired in series between common ground and power lines, with R1 = 180 O and R2 = 390 O, providing ±2% tolerance across the 50 O to 5 megaohm range. The package delivers 0.20 watts per resistor at 70°C ambient temperature, with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C for resistances between 50 O and 2.2 megaohms. The low-profile design ensures compatibility with automatic insertion equipment and DIPs, while RoHS-compliant tin-plated terminations meet MIL-STD-202 solderability requirements. This configuration is ideal for SCSI termination, DRAM applications, and other high-reliability signal termination scenarios requiring matched resistor pairs.
