DESCRIPTION

The 4310R-104-221/331 is a 10-pin dual terminator resistor network from Bourns' 4300R series, featuring thick-film molded construction with two paired resistor values: R1 = 220 O and R2 = 330 O. The device incorporates twelve thick-film resistors paired in series between common ground (pin 1) and power (pin 8) lines, terminating six signal lines with superior package integrity and low-profile design compatible with automatic insertion equipment. Each resistor is rated for 0.20 watts at 70°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C (50 O to 2.2 MO range), and the network maintains a maximum operating voltage of 100 V with dielectric withstanding voltage of 10,000 MO minimum. This configuration is ideal for SCSI applications, DRAM termination, and other high-speed digital signal termination scenarios where matched dual resistor pairs are required for proper impedance matching and signal integrity.
