DESCRIPTION

The 4420P-1-101 is a thick-film surface-mounted isolated resistor network from Bourns' 4400P Series, featuring 10 independent resistors in a wide-body SO-20L package. This component supports a resistance range from 10 ohms to 2.2 megohms with a maximum operating voltage of 50 V and operates reliably across -55°C to +125°C. The device delivers 0.160 watts per resistor at 70°C and exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O and above) or ±250 ppm/°C (below 50 O), with TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C. The resistor network is RoHS compliant, features copper solder-coated lead frames, and a novolac epoxy body with UL94V-0 flammability rating. It is ideal for DRAM applications, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks where precision and reliability are required.
