DESCRIPTION

The 4610M-101-472LF is a 10-pin thick-film conformal SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network from Bourns' 4600M series, featuring a bussed circuit configuration (101) with equal-value resistors connected to a common bus. This medium-profile device offers increased power handling with a package power rating of 1.50 watts at 70°C ambient temperature and supports a maximum operating voltage of 100 V. The resistor network incorporates 4700 ohm resistors with ±2% tolerance (for the 50 ohm to 5 megohm range), a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C, and an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum. The device is RoHS compliant, features Sn/Ag/Cu-plated terminations, operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, and is housed in an epoxy resin body with UL94V-0 flammability rating. Common applications include DRAM circuits, R/2R ladder networks, SCSI termination, and general signal conditioning where multiple matched resistors are required in a compact form factor.
