DESCRIPTION

The 4816P-1-330LF is a thick film surface mount isolated resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, designed for medium-body applications requiring individual resistor isolation. This component features eight isolated 330-ohm resistors in a 16-pin SOM package with RoHS-compliant lead termination (LF designation). The resistor network operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values at 50 ohms and above, and provides a power rating of 0.160 watts per resistor at 70°C. The device meets MIL-STD-202 environmental test requirements including thermal shock, moisture resistance, and soldering heat resistance, with typical resistance tolerance of ±2% for values above 50 ohms. Applications include DRAM circuits, SCSI termination networks, and general-purpose signal conditioning where isolated resistor elements are required in compact surface mount packages.
