DESCRIPTION

The 4816P-1-680LF is a thick film surface mount isolated resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring 8 independent resistors in a 16-pin SOM package. This component is designed for applications requiring multiple isolated resistor elements with a resistance value of 68 ohms (680 code) and standard ±2% tolerance. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C for values below 50 ohms, and delivers 0.160 watts per resistor at 70°C ambient temperature. The package features RoHS-compliant lead termination (LF), compliant leads to reduce solder joint fatigue, and is AEC-Q200 qualified for automotive applications. Common applications include DRAM circuits, SCSI termination networks, and general-purpose resistor array implementations where space efficiency and reliability are critical.
