DESCRIPTION

The 4816P-T01-121 is a thick film surface mount resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring an isolated circuit configuration in a 16-pin SOM package. This component offers a resistance range from 10 ohms to 2.2 megohms with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50 O and above, and ±250 ppm/°C for values below 50 O. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 0.50 V and an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum. It is AEC-Q200 qualified, RoHS compliant, and features compliant leads to reduce solder joint fatigue. The 4816P-T01-121 is ideal for applications requiring precision resistor networks in automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics, where reliability and thermal stability are essential.
