DESCRIPTION

The 4816P-T01-220LF is a thick film surface mount medium body resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring an isolated circuit configuration with 220 ohm resistance values. This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50 O and above, and delivers a power rating of 0.160 watt per resistor at 70°C. The device is housed in a 16-pin SOM package with RoHS-compliant lead finish, meets MIL-STD-202 soldering requirements, and is AEC-Q200 qualified for automotive applications. It is commonly used in SCSI applications, R/2R ladder networks, and DRAM applications where precision resistor networks are required.
