DESCRIPTION

The 4816P-T01-331LF is a thick film surface mount resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring an isolated circuit configuration with 330 O resistance values. This medium-body component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50 O and above. The device is rated for 1.28 watts at 70°C ambient temperature and delivers 0.160 watts per resistor at 70°C. It features RoHS-compliant lead termination (LF designation), compliant leads to reduce solder joint fatigue, and meets MIL-STD-202 soldering requirements. The resistor network is ideal for applications requiring precision termination in DRAM, SCSI, and R/2R ladder network circuits, offering reliable performance with ±2% tolerance and 10,000 megohms minimum insulation resistance.
