DESCRIPTION

The 4816P-T01-822LF is a thick film surface mount resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring an isolated circuit configuration with 8,200 ohms resistance per element and ±2% tolerance. This medium-body SOM-16 package device operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values above 50 ohms. The component delivers 0.160 watts per resistor at 70°C ambient temperature and maintains an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum, with lead solderability meeting MIL-STD-202 Method 208 requirements. The RoHS-compliant LF termination, compliant lead design, and standard EIA package compatibility make it suitable for automatic placement equipment in applications such as DRAM, SCSI termination networks, and R/2R ladder circuits requiring reliable multi-resistor integration.
