DESCRIPTION

The 5800-100-RC is a high-current choke inductor from Bourns' 5800 Series, designed for demanding power supply and filtering applications. It features an inductance of 10 µH (±10%) with a maximum DC resistance of 0.033 O, enabling efficient energy storage and filtering with minimal power loss. The device is constructed with a ferrite bobbin core and rated for a saturation current of 4.1 A and a continuous rated current of 1.28 A at a 35°C temperature rise. Operating across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +105°C with dielectric strength of 2500 Vrms, the 5800-100-RC is ideal for switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, and EMI filtering circuits where high current capacity and low resistance are essential.
