DESCRIPTION

CAT16-1000F4LF is a four-element isolated chip resistor array featuring concave terminations and ±1% resistance tolerance. The device contains four isolated 1 kO resistors in a 1206 package size with tin-plated (RoHS-compliant) terminations. It delivers 0.0625 W per resistor at 70°C with a maximum working voltage of 50 V and temperature coefficient of ±200 PPM/°C. The operating temperature range spans -55°C to 125°C, and the array maintains resistance stability through temperature cycling and moisture load life testing. This component is ideal for precision analog circuits, instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and applications requiring multiple isolated resistive elements in a compact surface-mount package.
