CAT16-1001F4LF is a four-element isolated chip resistor array featuring concave terminations and ±1% resistance tolerance. The device contains four independent resistors with a resistance range from 10 ohms to 1 megohm, each rated at 0.0625 W at 70°C, with a combined package power rating of 0.250 W. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C with a temperature coefficient of ±200 PPM/°C, and supports a maximum working voltage of 50 V and maximum overload voltage of 100 V.
