DESCRIPTION

The CAY10-473J4LF is a four-element isolated chip resistor array featuring 47 kO resistance per element with ±5% tolerance, housed in a compact 0404 package. This thick-film resistor array is built on a high-purity alumina substrate with a protective glass overcoat and convex termination style, suitable for all types of soldering processes. The device offers a power rating of 0.0625 W per resistor (0.250 W total package rating at 70°C), operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, and features a temperature coefficient of resistance (T.C.R.) of ±250 ppm/°C. With a maximum working voltage of 25 V and maximum overload voltage of 50 V, this component is ideal for precision circuit applications requiring isolated resistor networks. The RoHS-compliant tin-plated terminations and paper tape on reel packaging enable efficient automatic placement in high-volume manufacturing environments.
