DESCRIPTION

CAY16-000J4LF is a 4-element chip resistor array with convex terminations and tin-plated RoHS-compliant finish. This zero-ohm jumper configuration features ±5% resistance tolerance and operates across a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The device is rated for a maximum working voltage of 50 V with a power rating of 0.0625 W per resistor element and 0.250 W for the complete package at 70°C. It exhibits excellent stability with a temperature coefficient of ±200 PPM/°C and maintains resistance tolerance within ±1% + 0.1 ohm under temperature cycling conditions. The CAY16-000J4LF is commonly used in consumer electronics, industrial control systems, and telecommunications equipment where compact, reliable resistor networks are required for circuit interconnection and signal routing.
