DESCRIPTION

The CGA0402MLC-24G is an automotive-grade ESD protector from the BournsÂ® ChipGuardÂ® MLC Series, designed to safeguard sensitive electronics in a compact 0402 package. It operates with a DC working voltage of up to 24V and features an extremely low typical capacitance of 0.2 pF, ensuring signal integrity in high-speed circuits. This AEC-Q200 qualified device provides robust, bidirectional ESD protection compliant with IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4, offering a rapid response time of less than 1 ns and a low leakage current below 0.01 ÂµA.
