CHP0805-JW-200ELF is an ultra-high power chip resistor from Bourns' CHP Series, engineered for demanding power applications requiring high surge withstanding capability. This 0805-size resistor delivers 0.5 W power rating at 70°C with a maximum working voltage of 200 V for resistance values from 1 ohm to 1 megohm, and features ±5% tolerance with ±200 ppm/°C temperature coefficient.
