DESCRIPTION

CI100505-22NJ is a 22 nH multilayer chip inductor from the Bourns CI100505 Series, designed for high-frequency applications. It features an inductance tolerance of ±5%, a typical Q factor of 8 at 100 MHz, 22 at 500 MHz, and 27 at 1000 MHz. The self-resonant frequency (SRF) ranges from 1900 MHz minimum to 2200 MHz typical, with a maximum DC resistance of 0.60 ohms and a rated current (Irms) of 200 mA. This compact 0402 size inductor with nickel barrier termination is RoHS compliant and ideal for use in mobile phones, cellular phones, CTV, VCR, HIC, and FDD applications.
