DESCRIPTION

CR0402-FX-6491GLF is a thick-film chip resistor from Bourns' CR Series designed for general-purpose electronic applications requiring compact form factors and reliable performance. The device features a 1/16 W power rating at 70°C, a maximum working voltage of 50 V, and a maximum overload voltage of 100 V, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. It offers 1% and 5% tolerance options with tight tolerance of bottom electrode width, and incorporates a three-layer termination process with nickel barrier to prevent leaching and ensure excellent solderability. The resistor is RoHS compliant and supplied in tape and reel packaging, making it suitable for automated assembly in consumer electronics, industrial control systems, and telecommunications equipment where space constraints and cost efficiency are important.
