DESCRIPTION

CR0603-FX-1004ELF is a thick film chip resistor designed for general-purpose and precision circuit applications. This 0603-sized component features a resistance value of 100 kO with ±1% tolerance, delivering reliable performance across a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The resistor is rated for 1/10 W power at 70°C with a maximum working voltage of 75 V, and incorporates a three-layer termination process with nickel barrier to prevent leaching and ensure excellent solderability. The device meets RoHS compliance requirements and is supplied in paper tape and reel packaging (5,000 pcs on 7-inch reel). Its tight tolerance of bottom electrode width and temperature coefficient of ±200 ppm/°C make it suitable for precision analog circuits, signal conditioning, and general-purpose resistive networks in consumer and industrial electronics.
