DESCRIPTION

CR0603-FX-22R1ELF is a thick film chip resistor from Bourns' CR Series designed for general-purpose and precision circuit applications. This 0603-sized component features a resistance value of 22.1 O with ±1% tolerance, a power rating of 0.1 W at 70°C, and a maximum working voltage of 75 V. The resistor incorporates a three-layer termination process with nickel barrier to prevent leaching and ensure excellent solderability, along with tight tolerance of the bottom electrode width for consistent performance. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of ±200 ppm/°C, making it suitable for consumer electronics, industrial control circuits, and precision measurement applications where stable resistance values are required.
