DESCRIPTION

CRM2512-FX-2000ELF is a high-power thick film chip resistor manufactured by Bourns, designed for current sensing, power supplies, stepper motor drives, and snubber applications in flyback power supplies. The device features a resistance value of 0.1 ohm (R100) with ±1% tolerance and a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C, operating reliably across a wide temperature range from -55°C to +155°C. It delivers a power rating of 1 watt at 70°C ambient temperature with a maximum working voltage of 200V for the 1 ohm to 1 megohm range, and maintains an insulation resistance greater than 1000 megohms. The resistor is RoHS compliant and employs tin-plated termination, making it suitable for precision current-sensing circuits in power management and motor control applications where low resistance values and high reliability are essential.
