DESCRIPTION

HCTSM80304BAL-E1 is an automotive-grade high clearance and creepage distance transformer designed for isolation power supplies. It features a toroid core for high coupling and low radiation, with a primary inductance of 300 µH at 100 kHz/1 V, leakage inductance of 0.6 µH maximum, and a turns ratio of 3:4. The transformer provides reinforced insulation for a working voltage of 800 Vrms and 1000 Vpeak, with a clearance/creepage distance of 8 mm minimum. Operating over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, it is AEC-Q200 and RoHS compliant, making it ideal for automotive isolation power supplies using TI SN6501, SN6505B, and Nexperia NXF6501-Q100 drivers.
