DESCRIPTION

MH1608-800Y is a high-current chip ferrite bead designed for electromagnetic interference (EMI) suppression on power supply lines, IC power lines, and signal lines. It features an impedance of 80 O (±25%) at 100 MHz with a maximum DC resistance of 40 mO and a maximum DC current rating of 3.0 A. The device is constructed with a ferrite core and silver or silver/palladium external conductor with silver/nickel/tin plating on terminals. Operating across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, the MH1608-800Y offers high resistance to heat, humidity, mechanical shock, and pressure, with accurate dimensions optimized for automatic surface mounting. Its compact 1608 package (1.6 mm × 0.8 mm × 0.8 mm) and RoHS-compliant, halogen-free construction make it ideal for modern high-density PCB applications requiring reliable EMI filtering.
