DESCRIPTION

The P6SMB200A is a transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection applications in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. It features a breakdown voltage range of 190–210 V with a peak pulse power dissipation of 600 watts and a peak forward surge current of 100 amps. The device is housed in a compact surface-mount SMB (DO-214AA) package and is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, offering fast response times of less than 5.0 picoseconds for bidirectional operation. It meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD (Level 4), IEC 61000-4-4 EFT, and IEC 61000-4-5 Surge standards, making it ideal for protecting sensitive electronic circuits from transient overvoltage events.
