DESCRIPTION

The PTV09A-4225F-B203 is a 9 mm potentiometer from Bourns' PTV09 Series designed for professional audio and consumer electronics applications. It features a carbon element with linear audio taper, an insulated flat-type shaft with 20 mm length, and horizontal rear mount configuration with sleeve bushing. The potentiometer offers a standard resistance range of 1 kO to 1 MO with ±20% tolerance, operates at a maximum voltage of 20 VDC or 50 VAC, and delivers 0.05 watt power rating. With a mechanical angle of 280° ±10°, rotational torque of 10 to 100 g-cm, and rotational life of 10,000 cycles, it is well-suited for commercial communications equipment, amplifiers, mixers, synthesizers, and portable consumer electronics requiring reliable volume or tone control.
