DESCRIPTION

The PWR163S-25-2000FE is a DPAK style surface-mount power resistor designed for high-frequency and pulse-load applications. It provides a resistance of 200 ohms with a Â±1% tolerance and has a power rating of 25 W at a 25Â°C case temperature. This resistor features very low inductance, is electrically isolated from its backplate, and is AEC-Q200 qualified and RoHS compliant. Its robust characteristics and high power rating make it ideal for use in power supplies, motor drives, test and measurement equipment, and rectifiers.
