PWR163S-25-R200FE is a 25 W DPAK-style surface mount power resistor manufactured by Bourns, designed for high-frequency applications such as audio amplifiers and wireless base station circuits. The resistor features a resistance value of 0.2 O with ±5% tolerance, exceptionally low inductance of 0.1 µH maximum, and a thermal resistance of 5.2 °C/W, enabling efficient heat dissipation.
