DESCRIPTION

PWR263S-35-R270F is a 35 W power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick-film technology on alumina ceramic substrate in a D2PAK (TO263) surface-mount package. The device features a resistance value of 0.27 O with ±1% tolerance, maximum inductance of 0.1 µH, and thermal resistance of 3.7 °C/W, enabling efficient heat dissipation in high-power applications.
