DESCRIPTION

SDR0703-4R7ML is an SMD power inductor from Bourns' SDR0703 series designed for input/output filtering in DC/DC converters and power supply applications. The inductor features a 4.7 µH inductance at 100 kHz with ±20% tolerance, a quality factor (Q) of 20 at 7.96 MHz test frequency, and a self-resonant frequency (SRF) minimum of 60 MHz. It delivers a rated RMS current of 1.5 A with a saturation current (Isat) of 2.1 A typical, and maintains a maximum DC resistance (RDC) of 0.105 O. The component is housed in a compact 6.5 × 4.5 × 2.7 mm package with a ferrite core and enameled copper wire rated for 130°C, making it ideal for portable communications equipment, camcorders, and LCD TV power supplies where space and thermal performance are critical.
