DESCRIPTION

The SRN5040TA-220M is a semi-shielded power inductor from Bourns' SRN5040TA series, featuring a 22 µH inductance with ±20% tolerance and a minimum quality factor of 15 at 100 kHz. This inductor is rated for 1.5 A RMS continuous current with a saturation current of 1.62 A typical, and exhibits a DC resistance of 0.123 O (±20%). The device operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a 40°C temperature rise at rated current, and features a ferrite core with enameled copper wire and magnetic epoxy resin coating. The SRN5040TA-220M is AEC-Q200 compliant, RoHS compliant, and halogen-free, making it suitable for automotive and industrial applications in DC/DC converters and power supply circuits where compact, reliable energy storage is required.
