DESCRIPTION

The SRP4020FA-4R7M is a shielded power inductor featuring a metal alloy powder core and flat wire construction for high saturation current. It provides an inductance of 4.7 µH with a ±20% tolerance, a maximum DC resistance of 57.2 mΩ, and a typical self-resonant frequency of 25 MHz. The inductor handles a typical RMS current of 3.8 A for a 20°C temperature rise and has a typical saturation current of 2.7 A for a 20% inductance drop. As an AEC-Q200 compliant component, it is well-suited for demanding automotive electronics and other power conversion applications requiring high reliability and performance.
