DESCRIPTION

The SRR1240-220M is a shielded surface-mount power inductor designed for input/output filtering in DC/DC converters and power supplies for portable communication equipment, camcorders, and LCD TVs. It features a 22.0 µH inductance at 100 kHz with ±20% tolerance, a maximum DC resistance of 16 mO, and an RMS current rating of 67.5 A with a saturation current of 3.0 A. The inductor utilizes a ferrite core (DR & RI type) with enameled copper wire and Cu/Ni/Sn terminals, achieving a maximum height of 4.5 mm for compact board integration. Operating across -40 °C to +125 °C with a maximum temperature rise of 40 °C at rated current, the device is RoHS compliant and suitable for high-current power management applications requiring minimal board space and reliable performance.
