DESCRIPTION

SRR6028-150Y is a shielded surface-mount power inductor designed for input/output filtering in DC/DC converters and power supply circuits. It features a 15 µH inductance at 100 kHz with ±30% tolerance, a maximum DC resistance of 78 mO, and an RMS current rating of 1.70 A with a saturation current of 1.30 A. The inductor is constructed with a ferrite core, enameled copper wire, and silver/nickel/tin terminals, housed in a compact package with a maximum height of 3.0 mm. It exhibits a self-resonant frequency of 22 MHz and a quality factor of 9.5 at the test frequency of 2.52 MHz. The device is RoHS compliant and ideal for portable communication equipment, camcorders, and LCD TV power supplies where space constraints and reliable filtering performance are critical.
