DESCRIPTION

SRU5028-101Y is a shielded surface-mount power inductor from Bourns' SRU5028 series designed for DC/DC converter input/output filtering and power supply applications. The device features an inductance of 100 µH at 100 kHz with ±30% tolerance, a maximum RMS current rating of 625 A, and a DC resistance of 8 mO. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and is housed in a compact 5.2 × 5.2 × 2.8 mm SMD package with a unit height of 2.8 mm. The inductor is ideal for portable communication equipment, camcorders, LCD TVs, and other applications requiring efficient power management with minimal space constraints, offering RoHS compliance and excellent thermal performance with a maximum temperature rise of 40°C at rated current.
