DESCRIPTION

The PTL-9-473 is a thermal transfer printable, glossy white polyester label stock designed for post-process labeling of printed circuit boards and electronic components. This label features a static dissipative permanent acrylic adhesive with a surface resistivity of 4.1 x 10^8 ohm/sq, making it suitable for ESD-sensitive applications. The material has a total thickness of 0.0034 inches (0.09 mm) and demonstrates excellent thermal stability, with a short-term high service temperature of 180°C and a long-term operating range from -40°C to 120°C. It is UL Recognized and CSA Accepted when used with recommended Brady Series R6000 ribbons. The PTL-9-473 provides a reliable labeling solution for identifying components where static discharge is a concern.
