The THT-103-727-10 is a glossy white thermal transfer printable label made from B-727 polyimide material, designed for pre-process labeling on printed circuit boards and electronic components. Constructed from a 2 mil polyimide film with a permanent acrylic adhesive, it has a total thickness of 0.0044 inches. This label is engineered for harsh environments, withstanding short-term high service temperatures up to 572°F (300°C) and low service temperatures down to -94°F (-70°C). It offers excellent resistance to various chemicals and abrasion, meeting MIL-STD-202G Method 215K requirements when used with compatible ribbons. Its durability makes it highly suitable for applications requiring identification through multiple cycles of harsh condition washes in electronics manufacturing.
