THT-141-488-3 is a Brady B-488 matte white polyester label stock designed for thermal transfer printing with permanent acrylic adhesive. The material features a thickness of 0.0036 inch (0.0914 mm) and demonstrates strong adhesion performance across multiple substrates, including 45 oz/in (52.5 N/100 mm) on stainless steel at 24-hour dwell and 30 oz/in (32.8 N/100 mm) on polypropylene at 24-hour dwell. It exhibits excellent environmental resistance, maintaining performance at high service temperatures up to 320°F (160°C) with only slight yellowing at 160°C, and low service temperatures down to -40°F (-40°C), while also resisting humidity, UV light, weathering, salt fog, and chemical exposure. The label stock is UL Recognized to UL969 and CSA Accepted to C22.2 No.0.15-95 standards when printed with Brady R4300 and R6200 ribbons, and is RoHS compliant, making it ideal for industrial labeling, barcode applications, and harsh environment marking on stainless steel and polypropylene surfaces.
