DESCRIPTION

THT-1-717-10 is a Brady B-717 thermal transfer printable glossy white static dissipative polyimide label stock engineered for pre-process labeling of printed circuit boards and electronic components. The material features a 2 mil white polyimide film substrate with a static dissipative permanent acrylic adhesive, providing adhesive surface resistivity of 3.9 × 108 ohms/sq as defined by ANSI/ESD S541-2008 standards. The label exhibits excellent durability across extreme conditions, including long-term high service temperature performance at 212°F (100°C) for 1000 hours, low service temperature capability at -94°F (-70°C), and superior chemical resistance to common PCB assembly solvents and cleaners. With UL recognition to UL969 Labeling and Marking Standard and RoHS compliance, THT-1-717-10 is ideal for harsh industrial environments where ESD protection, print permanence, and chemical resistance are critical requirements.
