THT-46-717-10 is a Brady B-717 thermal transfer printable glossy white static dissipative polyimide label stock designed for printed circuit board and electronic component pre-process labeling. The material consists of a 2 mil white polyimide film with a static dissipative permanent acrylic adhesive, featuring a total thickness of 0.0042 inch (0.106 mm) and an adhesive surface resistivity of 3.9 × 108 ohms/sq, meeting ANSI/ESD S541-2008 requirements for dissipative ESD packaging materials. The label demonstrates exceptional durability with adhesion to stainless steel of 55 oz/in (61 N/100 mm) at 24-hour dwell, dielectric strength of 12,000 volts, and drop shear resistance exceeding 100 hours, while maintaining print legibility through extreme temperature cycles, chemical exposure, and harsh environmental conditions. This product is UL Recognized to UL969 Labeling and Marking Standard when printed with Brady Series R6000 Halogen Free ribbon, RoHS compliant, and designed to withstand multiple cycles of harsh condition washes, making it ideal for demanding industrial and electronics manufacturing applications where label permanence and ESD protection are critical.
