THT-49-719-10 is a Brady B-719 thermal transfer printable matte white low-profile static dissipative polyimide label stock designed for printed circuit board and electronic component pre-process labeling. The material features a thin 0.0018 inch (0.046 mm) substrate with a static dissipative permanent acrylic adhesive (surface resistivity 3.6 × 108 ohms/sq) that meets ESD packaging requirements per ANSI/ESD S5412008. It demonstrates exceptional thermal performance, withstanding short-term exposure up to 572°F (300°C) for 80 seconds and long-term exposure up to 212°F (100°C) for 1000 hours, while maintaining print legibility and label functionality. The label exhibits excellent chemical resistance to common PCB cleaning solutions, humidity resistance (1000 hours at 95% RH), salt fog resistance, and abrasion resistance (print legible after 100 Taber cycles). This product is ideal for harsh industrial environments, wave solder processes, and applications requiring reliable identification through multiple cleaning and thermal cycles.
