DESCRIPTION

This automated system prints and applies labels to wires and cables, completing a full cycle in under five seconds. It uses 300 dpi thermal transfer technology for monochrome printing and can be operated as a stand-alone unit or connected to a PC via USB or Ethernet. Designed for 24/7 operation, the applicator has a typical throughput of over 7000 labels per day. It is compatible with self-laminating and vinyl cloth materials for wires with diameters from 0.060 to 0.600 inches, improving production flow by automating wire identification.
