THT-37-422-10 is a Brady B-422 thermal transfer printable glossy white polyester label stock designed for electronic PCB and component identification, bar code labeling, and solar panel identification applications. The material features a total thickness of 0.004 inch (0.1016 mm) with a permanent acrylic adhesive and exhibits excellent adhesion to multiple surfaces including stainless steel (55 oz/inch at 24 hour dwell), enamel painted metal (61 oz/inch at 24 hour dwell), and low surface energy plastics. It demonstrates robust performance across demanding environments, maintaining integrity after 30 days of exposure to high temperature (212°F/100°C), low temperature (-40°F/-40°C), humidity (100°F/37°C at 95% R.H.), UV light, salt fog, and weathering conditions. The label stock is UL Recognized for outdoor use on glass, thermoset polyester, and polyvinyl fluoride surfaces, and is RoHS compliant, making it ideal for industrial identification, rating plates, and solar panel marking where durability and regulatory compliance are essential.
