DESCRIPTION

The AN-2804-A is a NEMA die-cast aluminum enclosure with integrated mounting bracket, designed for robust protection of electrical and electronic equipment. It features a Type Rating 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12, and 13 (equivalent to IP-68), UL listed for U.S. and Canada (File #E194432), and is constructed from aluminum alloy #ADC-12 for the body and cover with a 0.09 inch thick aluminum (3003-H14) mounting bracket. The enclosure has a maximum operating temperature of 80°C and includes four M4x0.7 x 20mm stainless steel screws for cover assembly, with PCB mounting holes accepting M3.5 x 6mm or #6 x 1/4" self-tapping screws. The natural finish (suffix -A) provides corrosion resistance, and the enclosure dimensions are 5.87 inches (149.2 mm) wide by 5.25 inches (133.4 mm) tall by 0.72 inches (18.2 mm) deep.
