DESCRIPTION

The AN-2856-A is a NEMA die-cast aluminum enclosure with mounting bracket designed for industrial electrical protection and component housing. It features a Type Rating 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12, and 13 (equivalent to IP-68) and is constructed from aluminum alloy ADC-12 with a natural finish. The enclosure has a maximum operating temperature of 80°C and is UL listed for both U.S. and Canada (File #E194432). External dimensions are approximately 7.98 inches (202.6 mm) in length and 7.38 inches (187.6 mm) in width, with a body depth of 3.15 inches (80 mm). The enclosure includes four mounting holes (Ø.217 inches / 5.5 mm) that accept M5 or #10 screws, and four PCB mounting holes (Ø.126 inches / 3.2 mm) that accept M3.5 x 6 mm or #6 x 1/4" self-tapping screws. This enclosure is ideal for protecting sensitive electrical components in harsh industrial environments where NEMA compliance and corrosion resistance are essential.
