DESCRIPTION

PX0732/S/07 is an inline cable socket connector from Bulgin's Buccaneer for Power series, designed for sealed power distribution applications. It features 3 screw terminal contacts rated at 12A, 277V AC/DC with a screw locking ring and leading earth contact on the socket version. The connector accepts standard cable diameters of 6–8 mm (or 3.5–9 mm with alternative glands) and is supplied with a yellow gland nut for 7–9 mm cable acceptance. The connector achieves IP68 rating when mated, tested at 1.054 kg/sq cm (15 lbs/sq in) at 10 m depth for 2 weeks, and includes VDE and cULus approvals with EN60068-2-52 salt mist corrosion resistance (Marine Severity Level 1). This connector is ideal for marine, industrial, and outdoor power applications requiring robust environmental sealing and reliable electrical connections.
