DESCRIPTION

The 6GM5B-73 is a double-pole toggle switch from Carling Technologies' G-Series, designed for general-purpose industrial and commercial applications. It features a 10A 250VAC rating (15A 125VAC, 3/4 HP 125-250VAC), an On-Off-On circuit configuration, and an unsealed bat-style actuator with a toggle length of 0.687 inches and bushing length of 0.465 inches. The switch offers a dielectric strength of 1000V (UL/CSA) between live and dead metal parts, with an electrical life of 50,000 cycles under maintained load and 25,000 cycles for momentary operation, plus a mechanical life of 100,000 cycles. Operating temperature range is 0°C to 85°C (32°F to 185°F), making it suitable for marine, food service, generator, industrial control, and office automation applications where reliable switching performance is required.
