V8D2UNNB-00000-000 is a V-Series Contura II sealed snap-in rocker switch designed for applications requiring robust environmental protection and electrical reliability. The switch features a contact rating of 4 VA at 24 VDC (maximum) with resistive ratings up to 15 amps at 125 VAC and 10 amps at 250 VAC, along with a dielectric strength of 1500 Volts RMS and insulation resistance of 50 Megohms. It incorporates silver alloy contacts with an initial contact resistance of 10 milliohms maximum at 4 VDC, and is rated for 50,000 to 100,000 electrical cycles and 150,000 mechanical cycles minimum. The sealed design is certified to IP66/68 standards, providing complete protection against dust and prolonged spray and submersion under pressure, with internal seals and optional external gasket panel seals. The polyester blend base is rated to 125°C with UL 94V0 flammability rating, and the switch operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
